Can I purchase from arco-iris.it?

This website is exclusively for retailers and wholesalers with a valid VAT number. If you wish to purchase our products as a private customer, please visit our online shop at www.klkstore.com.

How can I see the prices?

To access the reserved area, new customers must register on the website. After completing registration, you will receive your personalized login credentials, allowing you to view product prices, technical details, stock availability, and place orders directly online.

When will I receive my password to place an order?

The password is not sent automatically upon registration. You will receive an email with your credentials within one business day, as our staff needs to verify your information and check whether your store's location is available (i.e., not already assigned to another client).

Pricing, Minimum Order Requirements, and Shipping Costs

What do the listed prices refer to?

All prices displayed on the website are per unit. If the minimum package contains two or more pieces, the listed price must be multiplied by the number of pieces in the package.

What is the minimum order requirement?

The minimum online order must exceed €350 (excluding VAT and shipping costs). In some collections, the minimum order requirement is 2 pieces or pairs per model.

What are the shipping costs?

Shipping costs are paid by the customer. Once your order is ready for dispatch, our staff will notify you of the shipping cost via email or phone, and it will be included in the final proforma invoice.

This process is necessary because shipping costs vary depending on several factors, including the destination, package volume, and weight.

How do I place an order?

Once you receive your login credentials, you can place an order online by adding items to your cart until the minimum order amount (€350) is reached.

📌 Most products require a minimum purchase of 2 pieces or pairs per model.

Once you have selected your products, proceed to checkout to complete the order by accepting the terms and conditions of sale.
❗ No payment is required when submitting your order.

How do I pay for my order?

After receiving your order confirmation, our team will check product availability, calculate shipping costs, and send you the final proforma invoice.
❗ Do not make any payments before receiving the final proforma invoice.

Accepted payment methods:

  1. Cash on delivery (COD) – Payment to the courier in cash or by bank check payable to Arco Iris S.r.l.

  2. Bank transfer in advance, using the following details:

📦 Orders will be shipped only after the payment has been credited to our bank account.

When will I receive my order?

Once the payment method has been confirmed, delivery within Italy takes 1-2 business days, while deliveries to islands may take 3-4 business days.

Our team will contact you immediately if any items are out of stock.

Can I receive packaging and display materials?

Yes! When we contact you to confirm the payment and shipping details, we will also ask if you would like to receive packaging and display materials for your products.

What should I do if I receive a defective item?

Please get in touch with us immediately. We will arrange for a replacement or credit as soon as possible.

What materials are used in your products?

Our products are made from brass, zamak, aluminum, or silver, with galvanic finishes in gold, rose gold, rhodium, or silver.

All our items are nickel-free, cadmium-free, and lead-free, fully compliant with European regulations, and hypoallergenic.
