How can I see the prices?

To access the reserved area, new customers need to register on the website. Upon registration, they will receive personalized credentials that will allow them to operate within the portal, check prices, technical specifications, product availability, and place orders directly online.

When will I receive my password to place an order?

Upon registration, the password will not be automatically sent. The email may arrive within 1 business day. Our staff will need to verify the information and ensure that the area where the new store is located is available, meaning it is not already occupied by other customers.

Prices, minimum orders, and shipping

What do the prices I see refer to?

All prices of the items on the website are unit prices. This means that if the minimum package is 2 or more units, the indicated price must be multiplied by the package quantity.

What are the minimum order requirements?

The minimum online order must exceed €350.00 net of taxes and shipping costs. In some collections, the minimum is 2 pieces or pairs per model.

What are the shipping costs?

Shipping costs are borne by the customer. Once the order is ready for delivery, the amount of the shipping costs will be communicated by phone or email by our staff and included in the final proforma. This procedure is necessary as shipping costs vary based on different parameters, such as the destination of the goods, volume, and weight.

How do I place an order?

Once you receive the login credentials, you can finally place an order online. You need to add the items to the cart until the minimum order (€350) is reached. Remember that for most products, the minimum quantity is 2 pieces or pairs per model. After selecting your products, proceed to checkout to finalize the order. You will need to accept the terms and conditions of sale. No payment is required to submit the order.

How do I pay for my order?

After receiving the confirmation of your order, we will proceed to prepare it. We will check if all the selected items are available, calculate the shipping cost, and send you the final proforma. Do not make any payment before receiving the final proforma.

Just for deliveries in Italy: cash on delivery to the courier, paying the amount in cash or with a bank check payable to Arco Iris S.r.l.

When will I receive my order?

After agreeing on the payment method, delivery within Italy takes 1-2 business days, except for 3-4 business days for the islands.

Can I receive packaging and display materials?

Absolutely yes. When we call you to arrange payment and shipping, we will ask if you want to receive packaging and materials for product packaging and display.

I received a defective item, what should I do?

Please contact us promptly, and we will immediately arrange for a replacement or credit.

What materials are used in your products?

We have products made of brass, zamak, aluminum, or silver. We plate our products in silver, rhodium, rose gold or gold. All our creations are nickel-free, cadmium-free, and lead-safe. They strictly comply with the law and are hypoallergenic.
